ISLAMABAD: Former finance minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shaukat Tarin have projected that fuel prices will rise further in the coming days.
Shaukat Tarin stated that rupee had fallen by 14 to 15% in recent days. Under pressure from International Monetary Fund (IMF), PDM administration raised fuel prices.
According to PTI leader, petrol and diesel costs would be raised further, as will gas rates. According to Tarin, the recent increase in fuel prices will cause an inflationary storm in the country.
According to Shaukat Tarain government came to office solely to amend NAB guidelines.
