While performing at the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, Bollywood sensation Shahid Kapoor slipped and fell on stage.
One of the highlights of the opening ceremony of the 54th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, on Monday, was a powerful dance performance by Bollywood sensation Shahid Kapoor.
However, a video of the actor collapsing on stage during the intense dancing performance has just emerged on social media.
Kapoor, dressed in black from head to toe, was dancing onstage with his crew when he tripped over a prop and collapsed to the floor. He instantly stood up and finished with the remaining choreography though.
The actor, ever the gentleman, laughed it off when the music stopped and greeted his adoring supporters with a kiss afterward.
Kapoor made a grand entrance on a motorbike to the soundtrack from ‘Kabir Singh,’ and he proceeded to perform several of his most famous songs for the audience.
Meanwhile, professionally, Shahid Kapoor has been lauded for his roles in the criminal thriller series Farzi and the action film Bloody Daddy.
Next Kapoor has ‘Deva’ opposite Pooja Hegde and Laxman Utekar’s untitled rom-com with Kriti Sanon in the works.
