On Sunday, Pakistani actor Sana Javed reacted to a video of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker Ali Bilal dubbed Zille Shah shared by party chairman Imran Khan on his Instagram account.
The country was stunned on Wednesday after horrific images of Bilal’s body in Lahore began circulating on social media, just hours after the PTI’s campaign launch rally was cancelled.
“Zille Shah,” “Ali Bilal,” and “Black Vigo” quickly became trending topics on Twitter and other social media platforms.
More and more details about Bilal’s death began to emerge before the horrified country’s eyes, including closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of a private 4X4 vehicle dropping Bilal off at a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim had 26 marks of torture on his body, according to the post-mortem report.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan then shared a video of Bilal being led away in a police van, claiming that he was murdered while in police custody.
Khan earlier today uploaded a video montage of a loyal employee who gave his life for the love of his party leader, PTI leadership, while the government and PTI leadership continue to trade blows over Bilal’s passing.
The dead can be seen in the video singing chants in support of Khan and assuring people that he would give his life for his leader, demonstrating his fervor for the party.
The Hollywood starlet was one of the thousands of viewers who commented on the video, which within hours had received almost 160,000 likes. The actor also included two broken-heart emojis as comments beneath the video.
