
KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has reduced fares for Pakistani students flying from Pakistan to China.
According to the state-owned news agency, the national flag carrier has reduced its fares for students traveling between Pakistan and China from 22% to 27%.
Currently, PIA operates two weekly flights on Sunday and Wednesday on the routes Islamabad-Beijing-Islamabad and Islamabad-Chengdu-Islamabad.
Last December, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced discounted fares for passengers flying between Beijing and Islamabad.
The national flag carrier also announced a reduction in the existing round-trip fare of Beijing-Islamabad-Beijing, with the new price set at RMB 12,050 including all taxes.
