PIA announces big discount on Islamabad-Beijing flights

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has decreased the ticket for Islamabad-Beijing flights with immediate effect in order to make travel between the two nations even easier.

On Sundays, PIA now operates a weekly passenger flight from Islamabad to Beijing.

According to the state-owned APP, the national flag carrier has announced a 30% cut in fares for the Islamabad-Beijing route, which will considerably benefit customers who want to travel to China for school, business, or job, or to visit family.

In an interview with APP, Ali Imran, a Pakistani scholar, stated that the new lower fare would considerably benefit both Pakistani and Chinese travelers.

Pakistan and China have designated 2023 as “The Year of Tourism” in order to encourage cultural and people-to-people contact.

Earlier this year, PIA boosted the discount rate on its rates for students traveling to China to 27%.

On Eid ul Fitr, the national flag carrier also reduced domestic flight fares in the economy and executive economy classes by 20%.
