FAISALABAD: On Labour Day, a Faisalabad landlord showed no mercy to teenage home workers and ‘brutally abused’ both sisters.
According to facts, a horrifying episode of abuse against young household workers was reported on Labour Day in Faisalabad, in which two sisters were allegedly tortured by the house owners for the past two months.
Following the incident, a case was filed at the Medina Town police station against six suspects, three of whom were women. According to the allegation, Waqar and his family members tortured the girls.
Following the filing of the case, the police arrested four suspects, including two women, while Child Protection Officer Rubina Iqbal added four provisions to the case and placed both sisters in the custody of child protection.
