King Charles gets sweet advice over abdication as he warned 'monarchy is in state of crisis'

People have told King Charles of Britain that the “monarchy is in a state of crisis” and that he should step down to save it.

GB News reports that former Labour MP Stephen Pound said that King Charles should “do what Queen Margrethe did” and step down so that the throne can be changed.

He told them, “The monarchy is in trouble.” The last few years have been terrible. Would it be great if King Charles said, “I believe it is time for a fresh start?”

“I believe it would be great. The kingdom would be saved by him.

Stephen Pound then said, “Let’s start over with them.” Let’s get the monarchy going.”

More and more people want King Charles to step down after Denmark’s Queen Margrethe II, who is also Europe’s longest-serving queen, announced on Sunday that she would step down on January 14 and give the throne to her son Crown Prince Frederik.
