
According to NDTV, a Japanese tourist left India after being harassed and manhandled by a group of boys during the religious festival Holi celebrations.
After the video of the incident went viral on social media, police in New Delhi said they had arrested three people in connection with the incident.
According to the police, the tourist left for Bangladesh without filing a complaint against the boys.
The young tourist was staying in Paharganj, central Delhi, where the three suspects, one of whom was a minor, also lived.

“The woman tweeted that she has arrived in Bangladesh and is in good mental and physical health,” police said in a statement.
The video sparked outrage on social media shortly after it went viral, with netizens demanding harsh punishment for the perpetrators.
During the Holi celebrations, the boys are seen grabbing and smearing colors on tourists.
As she tries to save herself, one of the boys can be seen smashing an egg on her head. The girl also slaps one of the guys who approach her and then walks away.
In the end, the woman was drenched and unrecognizable.
The suspects were identified by police using local intelligence, and an investigation has been launched, according to officials. They also stated that they are in contact with the Japanese embassy.
