Indian plane lands in emergency at Karachi airport

After a man died in mid-flight, an Indian flight bound for Doha made an emergency landing at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.

The CAA spokesperson confirmed that a passenger’s health deteriorated mid-flight on an Indian Airlines flight from New Delhi to Dubai.

The Air Traffic Controller at Karachi Airport granted the Indian pilot emergency landing permission due to a medical emergency.

However, a Nigerian passenger named Abdullah, 60, died before the plane landed. The passenger’s death certificate was issued by CAA and NIH doctors.

According to sources, an air ambulance made a technical landing at Islamabad International Airport after departing from Kolkata for Azerbaijan.

The air ambulance that flew from Kolkata, India, to Baku, Azerbaijan, made a technical landing at Islamabad airport.
