In preparation for the upcoming general election, GDA chief and PML-F leader Pir Pagara Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi has called for a crucial discussion tomorrow to discuss potential seat realignment and electoral coalition alternatives.

ARY News has been briefed by reliable sources that all GDA coalition parties have been formally invited to tomorrow’s session. The session would be attended by notable lawmakers including Fehmida Mirza, Safdar Abbas, Irfanullah Marwat, Zain Shah and others.

Bashir Memon, leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, has met with Pir Pagara once again.

Electoral alliance talks between the GDA parties and the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) are reportedly on the agenda for this weekend.

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) would be consulted over the rearranging of seats.

It was reported in July that the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) and the Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam Fazl (JUI-F) were discussing the possibility of forming an electoral alliance in Sindh for the upcoming general elections.
