
LAHORE:Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was once more subpoenaed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday in relation to the US cypher investigation.
The FIA agent sent the letter to PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s home in Zaman Park, Lahore.On the direction of the federal Interior minister, FIA has opened an inquiry into the US cypher.The investigative team consists of top Lahore-based FIA officers.
Imran Khan, the PTI chairman, and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the PTI deputy chairman, were both called to FIA headquarters on November 3 and 7 in connection with the cypher investigation.
The PTI leader was hurt when a suspect opened fire close to the PTI receiving camp at Allahwala Chowk during the party’s lengthy march, therefore he was unable to testify before the inquiry team.Imran Khan, the leader of the PTI, was been given a summons on December 6.
