Fawad slams Nawaz for ‘dictating SC’

In response to PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif’s remarks, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice President Fawad Chaudhry stated that a criminal will not be permitted to direct the Supreme Court (SC).”

Fawad Chaudhry criticized Nawaz Sharif’s remarks against the court, saying that the country would not permit a convicted criminal to direct the Supreme Court (SC).

“A criminal would not be permitted to direct how the judiciary should set up its benches or conduct case hearings. He should keep in mind that a suo motu notice was previously used to establish the government of his brother Shehbaz Sharif.

He counseled Nawaz Sharif to shed his memories of the year 1997 and make informed statements after learning the truth. He continued by saying that a journalistic group made Panama exposes, which led to the corrupt leaders being punished.

According to Chaudhry, the judiciary gave the Sharif family every opportunity to provide a defense. He said that the nation would abide by the law and the Constitution. He vehemently denounced the present leaders’ “anti-judiciary campaign.”

The vice president of PTI claimed that after recovering the stolen funds from the national exchequer, Nawaz Sharif’s only remaining course of action is to go to court.

Elections, according to Fawad Chaudhry, are a fundamental imperative, and the country would not tolerate any form of delay.

Earlier, Quaid Nawaz Sharif, a former prime minister and leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), criticized the former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Justice Retired Saqib Nisar, and other retired Supreme Court (SC) judges for excluding him from office.

Nawaz Sharif questioned former Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar and other retired judges during a news conference in London about the causes of his disqualification. He pleaded with the people to demand an explanation from those who barred him from participating in politics at the federal level.

The Supreme Court (SC), which Sharif criticized for not taking suo motu notice of judgments made by the former army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa, was the target of Sharif’s criticism of the legal system.

According to him, all parties were in agreement that the lawsuit involving the postponement of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) elections should be heard in “full court.” He continued by saying that all parties involved will accept the full court’s decision.

According to Nawaz Sharif, they will not accept a court’s decision if it is unfavorable to them.

He questioned why the election delay issue is being heard by a three-member bench since the political parties have faith in the entire court. “What are the reasons why they plan to render all decisions in Imran Khan’s favor?”

It is not a problem with a truck driver or go-kart owner; it is a national problem. The country’s status was significantly better when I was prime minister in 2017, but today everyone is making fun of the nation. The country should be aware that they are tampering with their future.
