The Ministry of Interior stated earlier this week that there will be five days off from Friday, April 21 through Tuesday, April 25.

According to the Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council (RHRC), Jumat ul Widah would fall on Friday, April 21 this year because Eid ul Fitr is likely to be observed on Saturday, April 22, across the nation.

On Thursday, April 20, the committee will gather in order to observe the Shawwal moon.

According to analysts, the moon’s birth is anticipated to take place on Thursday, April 20, around 9:13 am Pakistan time.

The moon should be visible on the evening of Ramadan 29 if its age at sunset is greater than 19 hours. However, it won’t be longer than 10 hours in any part of Pakistan.

In Peshawar, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Charsadda, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Quetta, and Jiwani, the time between sunset and moonset—which ought to be more than 40 minutes—will only be 21 minutes, while it will be 20 minutes in Lahore and Karachi.
