Unidentified gunmen shot and murdered a Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Head Constable in Quetta on Saturday.
Head Constable Saeed Ahmed of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) was killed by unidentified gunmen on Jail Road in Quetta, according to the police spokeswoman.
Three terrorists were killed by security forces, and a soldier died defending a military station near Wali Tangi in Quetta.
“On 14 September 2023, at 1830 hours, terrorists attacked a security post near Wali Tangi Quetta,” ISPR reported on Friday.
Subedar Qaiser Raheem, a brave soldier, died in battle while another was gravely injured.
“Security Forces of Pakistan will continue to thwart efforts of enemies of peace and prosperity,” warned ISPR.
