Condemnations pour after twin blasts in Swat

SWAT: Following the twin bomb explosions inside a Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Swat’s Kabal town, condemnations are pouring in from all across the nation.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly denounced the suicide attack on the CTD police station in Swat in response to the bombing of the police line mosque in Peshawar. He claimed that the nation is inconsolably saddened by the martyrdom of police officers.

Imran Khan, PTI chairman, denounced the bombing on Twitter. To the relatives of the victims of the explosion at the Kabal police station in Swat, he sent his sympathies.

Rana Sanaullah, the interior minister, denounced the bombing attack and expressed sadness over the loss of innocent lives. He declared that the threat of terrorism would be eliminated, and that the sacrifices of the martyrs would never be forgotten.

In earlier bombings inside a Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Swat’s Kabal town, at least 17 people including 12 policemen were murdered, while 70 others including a female police official were injured.

All hospitals were placed on emergency, rescue crews arrived on the scene, and the injured were transferred to a nearby hospital. The catastrophe entirely destroyed the police station’s building.
